Specification
The retail studio units on the ground and 1st floors will be fully insulated and will benefit from a sink, electrical sockets, LED lighting, intercom, night storage heaters and double glazing. The 2nd floor units will be available for storage only.

On-site services will include: 8 parking spaces including 2 disabled available for pickups and drop offs with a max stay of 30 minutes. Cycle storage, shower facilities, electric sliding vehicle gate, mail lockers and 24-hour CCTV.
Lease
Easy in/ easy out leases, for an initial term of 3 years, which can be terminated at any time on 3 months’ notice.
